We recently migrated from our old website platform, to our new one. Due to this, some customers may have an issue using their old passwords if the old passwords were very short or not secure. To easily resolve this follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the LOST PASSWORD page [HERE].
  2. Enter your account email address and click on the 'RESET PASSWORD' button.
  3. Check your email account for an email that will contain a link for you to reset your password.

We only charge the amount for which products are shipped. We do not charge for any items which are not shipped and are backordered. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Also, we accept bank wire transfers, checks. for amounts over $5000 we prefer a wire transfer to save credit card fees.

Approval time is typically 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once you have been approved.

We primarily ship using Fedex. However, if you prefer UPS, USPS we can use a carrier of your choice.

We have negotiated great rates from UPS based on the volume we ship. Shipping is calculated based on weight, size and dimensional weight of the box.

We do our best to ship orders out complete however unless otherwise stated by the customer, we will ship partial orders and back orders as product becomes available.

Cloud9 Design will accept selective drop ship orders for existing accounts at an additional charge of $10.00 per order. All goods are shipped through FedEx or UPS prepaid. We do not sell to online companies so this drop ship is only available to our existing retail stores or interior design accounts.

Any non-defective returns within 30 days of receipt of goods and authorized by Cloud9 Design will incur a 25% restocking fee.
